BOSTON (AP) - A federal judge has dismissed one of two charges against a retired Watertown lawyer who is accused of trying to sell seven paintings he knew were stolen, including a Cezanne worth tens of millions of dollars. Robert Mardirosian of Falmouth went on trial in U.S. District Court last week on charges of possessing and transporting stolen goods.   Full Story
